During Fulani Jihad in the early 19th century …the Jihadist has different strategies that they follow in conquering a place, they would attack a city, take the city, overturn its existing monarchy and establish their own in the name of fighting and routing out infidels.
If however a city decides to accept Islam before they invade it, they would send a delegation to confirm, institute there type of Islam they preach and also establish a pact (covenant) with the city to pay tribute to Sokoto Caliphate.
During the process, they would bring along one of their sons (sometimes not more than five years old), as part of the PACT give the son over to the ruler ( since they could not forcefully remove him because he had accepted Islam and their rulership) to become one of his sons.
It was explain that with this arrangement, the Jihadist will never attack that city, giving their son is a way of ensuring their sincerity.
But unknown to the poor city, that their son which have been given serves two purposes as follows;
1) He becomes a spy, reporting the activities of his new adopted parents to his real parents and masters.
2) He is planted to into the royal family of that city so that he will one day take over the Throne… (Since they could not take by war)
a. Normally the initial son given does not inherit the Throne, this job goes to either his son or grandson.
b. The Fulanis will never settle to do normal political life unless they succeeded in bringing disunity among the original inhabitant, this system is called divide and rule. This divide and rule system was also used by the Britain to colonized Nigeria.
The Fulani Jihadist then, always keep to there promise, they will not attack or attempt to dethrone contrary to the pact (covenant) agreed upon unless there is a report of disloyalty from the city.
Thus, they changed most of the political landscape of the original Hausa Bakwai (the Original Hausa tribes) or what would later be known as the Northern protectorate.
Gradually the Hausa Kingdoms began to see their cultural heritage being eroded by the New Fulani warlords and decided to resist, but it was too late.
The same 19th Century patterns of colonization strategies of the caliphate above, that was used to Colonized Hausaland is in use right now in Zaarland in this 21st Century to colonized us, our Politicians, Academicians etc are sleeping on duty, nobody knows when they will wake-up. Almost all the colonization strategies of the Caliphate have been tried in Zaarland, but no victory.
The implementation of different strategies of how to colonized Zaarland by the invaders started around 19th century, our forefathers were attack like the Hausa's by there invaders. The Hausa's were conquered, almost all the Hausa's were put in slave camps and over 60% of them were vassals of the Fulani feudal overlords….
Other large factions of the Hausas were turned to chattels and sold to the Ottoman traders, but the Zaar tribe which our history is that of great heroes. We were never conquered by the invaders, rather our Invaders beg our forefathers to sign a peace treaty. Our forefathers successfully resisted all foreign impostors who wanted to take over our land under the pretext of a religious ideology, our Forefathers refused to accept there religious ideology, Our forefathers defeated them. We were attack again in 1991, 1995, 2001,2011, but we defeated them.
The last item in the Colonization strategies of the caliphate, tag as divide and rule is at use now by the invaders in Zaarland, nobody know whether the strategy will succeed or not time will tell.
This time if the strategy didn't succeed, I think is advisable they should hang there boot.
The Fulanis will never settle to do normal political life unless they succeeded in bringing disunity among the original inhabitant, this system is called divide and rule, divide and rule system was also used by the Britain to colonized Nigeria.
The Caliphate for a very long time have mapped out strategies to bring disunity among the original inhabitant of Zaarland in others to weaken our strength as a tribe, if succeeded it will change entirely our culture, customs, traditions and political landscape in line with that of the caliphate, just the way it happens in Hausaland, gradually Zaarland will begin to see it cultural heritage being eroded by institutions of the state, like how it was done in Hausaland, the cultural heritage of Hausaland was gradually eroded by the institutions of the Caliphate.
The Press Release by Tafawa Balewa town Development Association (TABTODA) on 20th June, 2023, a non existence association being run by Kanawa from Kano State , Angasawa Moslem of Chika(Amper) from Pankshin LGA of Plateau State which were once former settlers in Tafawa Balewa LGA is a confirmation that external hands in collaboration with internal hands are deeply involved in the problems we are facing in Zaarland at the moment, the so-call press release deeply exposed the nefarious activities of betrayers in Zaarland. It is a shame in this condition of ours that Betrayerism, Sabateurism have become a very large lucrative network being run like an empire in Zaarland to bring our land down, ignorantly some of our youth are desperate to join and cash out without knowing the consequence and danger which is a curse.
History have it that the Hausa's migrate from far north to middle belt and Southern Nigeria, due to climate change, desert encroachment in search of greener pastures, there settlement is scattered all over Middle belt, Southern Nigeria, there settlement in the middle belt is call Ungwan Hausawa, While in the South East there settlement is call Ama Hausa and South West Zango. When they migrated to this areas they met the original inhabitants living in those places.
The facts and the truth remain that Zaarland is facing a serious threat from the Jihadist, it is a very surprising that In this 21st Century, different old, outdated strategies of colonization is still in use to colonized Zaarland by the Caliphate. Zaar Sons, Daughters world wide shine your eyes.
