Arrest, detention using state, democratic structures to frame up a senior traditional ruler in Zaarland is not a new thing, they have done it before and fail woefully, this time around they will suffer double defeat woefully.
Zaar history is that of great heroes. We were never conquered by the invaders, rather our Invaders beg our forefathers to sign a peace treaty. Our forefathers successfully resisted all foreign impostors who wanted to take over our land under the pretext of a religious ideology. Our forefathers defeated them then; we will defeat them now. The Zaarland is about solidarity, about freedom, equality and justice. As they could not achieve there goals, objective, they engage in using money to recruit Sabateurs, betrayers among the Zaar tribe, brain wash them with the choice of there ideology planted them every where to achieve there aim.
In the Second Republic Mal. Aliyu Wulumba Dadi from Mwari was appointed District Head of Lere in Tafawa Balewa LGA of Bauchi State best on the instruction of Gen. Yakubu Gowon to the then Governor of North Eastern Region Gen. Hassan Usman Katsina , State Structures was used by the Caliphate, Betrayers of Zaarland at that time to frame him up with false allegation of corruption, he was sacked as District Head, arrested being detained in Prison, the main aim of Bauchi Emirate was to return Ajiya Family to Tafawa Balewa LGA as District, Zaarland was able to hire Chief Solomon Lar, who later became Governor of Plateau State as there Lawyer, Mal Aliyu Wulumba Dadi was discharge and acquitted, but not returned as district head. Today where is the Ajiya family and Betrayers of Zaarland?.
In continuation with there well crafted plan of routine evil agenda to oppress, suppress, intimidate, blackmail Zaarland, today being 5th April 2023 it was confirmed through a Press Release by Mukhtar Gidado , Mnipr Special Adviser Media to
the Bauchi State Governor that the Ghun Zaar,(Select), the Paramount Ruler of Zaar Kingdom of Tafawa Balewa, Bogoro LGA Air Commodore I Komo (RTD), was arrested, the reasons for the arrest was given as follows;
1. calming down tension in Bogoro Local Government Area and environs where the self-acclaimed monarch has illegally appointed a local chief for Sang Village, which resulted to the disruption of peace by burning of houses and loss of one life.
2. Government observed with disdain that the self- acclaimed “ Gung Zaar“ retired Air Commodore I. Komo, contravenes Chapter 24, sections 3 and 4 of the Appointment and Deposition of chiefs , Law of Bauchi State.
The two reasons given by the Bauchi State government through there Press Release for the arrest of Paramount Ruler of Zaar Kingdom is baseless, rather Bauchi State government should fix blame on there rotten state institution concern and also focus there attention on strengthening, fixing them. There was a remote cause of crisis in Zaarland before Gonto Memorial Anniversary and after, Bauchi State government, Police Commissioner, Inspector General of Police, DSS etc were notified by Zaar Stakeholders and nothing was done, because is a crafted plan to achieve hidden agenda.
And for the reason number 2 which is Gung Zaar“ retired Air Commodore I. Komo, contravenes Chapter 24, sections 3 and 4 of the Appointment and Deposition of chiefs , Law of Bauchi State. Governor Bala Mohammed should know that it is a disregard to rule of Law by the Bauchi State government that makes Zaar Community of Tafawa Balewa, Bogoro LGA to choose a traditional ruler for themselves, chosen retired Air Commodore I. Komo as Ghun Zaar by Zaar Community of Tafawa Balewa, Bogoro LGA of Bauchi State was necessitated by Doctrine of Necessity. Doctrine of Necessity is a international principles that superceded a constitution of any land, how can a large community like Zaar be without a traditional ruler for more than centuries? During Yar'adua regime you use this international principles, doctrine of Necessity to bypass the constitution by moving a motion at the floor of the house for Dr. Good luck Ebele to be Acting President without a Memoir from Federal Executive Council which is in accordance with the constitution of Nigeria, why Nigerian Government was not able to charge you for treason or coup d'etat? The reason was simple because it is a acceptable international principles where there is disregard to rule of law, you later became Minister of FCT in the same government.
I advise the Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed for his own good to release our Paramount Ruler from captivity without further delay. Ghun Zaar is not parading himself as claim, but chosen by Zaar Community to lead them.
Lastly, Governor Bala Mohammed tread with caution on Zaar matters or end up like your predecessor. Where is Alh. Adamu Muazu, Alh. Isah Yuguda today asks. What you sow you will definitely reap it.
